Privacy notice for project inquiry information
This notice explains the information the inquiry form and the guide form collect, why we collect it, and how to ask for access or deletion.
Who receives the information
ExCCTV Solution uses the details you submit to answer a project inquiry or to send the selection guide. We do not sell that information.
What we collect
The form asks for your name, company, country, WhatsApp number, and any optional project notes or file you choose to attach. The guide form also asks for an email address.
Why we collect it
We use it to contact you about the security project you described, to send the guide you requested, and to keep a record of that conversation. The legal basis we rely on is the steps you asked us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last message, unless a contract or a legal duty requires longer. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your requests
You may ask for a copy of your inquiry, a correction, or deletion. Use the email address on this page or the same WhatsApp thread. We may need to confirm you are the person who sent the form.
